‘Lucky you’
by Prysm Edition
Founded in 2017, Prysm Edition is the collaboration of two artists, Sébastien Roulet and Arthur Marcelja, based in Marseille. Operating from their workshop, they specialize in graphic image design through screen printing. With a distinct visual identity, they regularly engage and collaborate within the Marseille art scene. Transitioning from the status of artisan printer to that of graphic designer, their practice harnesses skills related to the production of graphic objects through screen printing. Reflecting their name, they explore the image through various approaches, both digital and analog. This constant back and forth guides them through experimentation, error, repetition, and layering. It’s an empirical and sensitive way to highlight screen printing, pushing its limits and opening new artistic avenues. The ‘Lucky you’ exhibition features two arts pieces done on blender and three screen printing from their workshop. Here is a sneak peek of their room and of what you can see there.
